1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OJA Streaming, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

OJA Streaming provides high-fidelity background music radios and soundscapes for commercial use only (retail stores, restaurants, hotels, offices, etc.). All music is original, self-published, and comes with a Direct Public Performance License that is PRO-Free.

1. General Policy – All Sales Final

Due to the digital nature of our service and the immediate access to our original music curated radios and Direct Public Performance Licenses, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Once you gain access to the music, we cannot issue refunds because the intellectual property has already been delivered and can be used instantly.

2. Free Trial Period

We offer a 1-week free trial with no credit card required.

During this period you have full access to test the service.

No payment is made during the trial, therefore no refunds apply.

At the end of the trial your license expires automatically. If you decide not to continue, no charge will ever be made.

3. Paid Subscriptions

When you purchase a Monthly ($20 USD) or Yearly ($190 USD) plan after the trial, the following applies:

• All transactions are final upon successful payment.
• We do not offer refunds for any reason, including change of mind, unused time, or dissatisfaction after access has been granted.
• Because we provide a generous free trial without requiring payment information, we do not provide refunds on paid plans. You have already had the opportunity to test the full service before committing to payment.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account.

Upon cancellation:

• You will continue to have full access and a valid commercial license until the end of your current billing cycle.
• No pro-rated refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the period.
• Your subscription will not renew automatically after the current cycle ends.

5. Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases as required by applicable law (for example, certain consumer protection laws in Mexico).

Any refund request must be sent to Support@ OJAStreaming.com within 7 days of purchase, with a clear explanation. We reserve the right to deny any request that does not meet legal requirements.

6. Chargebacks

Any chargeback or dispute filed with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us will result in immediate termination of your account and license. We will defend such cases vigorously, as we offer a free trial for evaluation.
