1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OJA Streaming, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

OJA Streaming provides high-fidelity background music radios and soundscapes for commercial use only (retail stores, restaurants, hotels, offices, etc.). All music is original, self-published, and comes with a Direct Public Performance License that is PRO-Free.

3. Trial Period

We offer a 1-week free trial with no credit card required.

During the trial you receive full access to our curated radios and a commercial license.

At the end of the 7-day trial period, your license automatically expires and access to the service ends.

To continue using the service, you must manually purchase a paid plan.

4. Paid Subscriptions

After the trial, you may purchase a Monthly ($20 USD) or Yearly ($190 USD) plan.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) until cancelled.

You will be charged using the payment method provided at the time of purchase.

5. Cancellations and Expiry

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account.

Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of the current billing cycle.

Your license and access will expire automatically at the end of the paid period if not renewed.

There is no automatic renewal during the free trial.

6. Refunds

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Due to the digital nature of the service, refunds are generally not provided except as required by law.

7. Payments

All prices are in USD. We use secure third-party processors (GoCardless).

8. PRO-Free Guarantee & Commercial Use

100% of our catalog is self-published and independent of PROs (ASCAP, BMI, SGAE, etc.).

• The license is valid only for the commercial location(s) you register.
• You are responsible for not playing any other music sources that may require additional PRO licensing.
• Redistribution, public sharing, or resale of our audio is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

OJA Streaming is not liable for any fines, legal actions, or damages resulting from your use of the service or from playing any music not provided by us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico. Any disputes will be resolved in the applicable courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
